My client is a leading IT solutions provider and are currently looking for a helpedesk analyst to join their busy team in Northampton. Skills required are:-
· Technical Help Desk experience : 3 year
· Customer Service experience within a call centre environment - 1 year
· Good Administration experience and knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and applications and servers
· Knowledge of hardware : Desktop PC?s, Laptops & Thin-Clients
· Good understanding of networking technologies & protocols, e.g. Routers, Hubs, Switches, TCP*IP
· MCSA or equivalent experience required
This is a telephone based support role, any strong knowledge of Novell would be an advantage 1st*2nd line support remote telephone based support .Very flexible in working hours, may go 24*7 in the future?
